After the success of Road to Glory with Hatton Promotions, DEF Promotions powered through to 2013 with Night of Champions, selling over 1600 seats at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This 8-bout event featured boxers from 9 different countries: Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Uganda, Macau, Nepal, and France.

Rex “The Wonder Kid” Tso (8-0-0) led the night with a successful defence of his WBC Asian Boxing Council Continental Super Flyweight title against the former WBC World Light Flyweight and former WBC World Minimumweight title holder On Doowiset (67-17-1) of Thailand.
Momo Koseki (15-2-1) of Japan was able to make her eleventh straight defence of her WBC Female Atomweight title against Eun Young Huh (6-1-1) of South Korea, the first ever female world championship bout in Hong Kong. She has since made four more successful defences before winning both the WBC and the WBA World Female Atomweight titles, and is currently the WBC World Female Minimumweight title holder.
Ongart Sararam (13-1-0) was able to win the WBC Asian Boxing Council Super Lightweight title in a second round knockout against Mike Tumbaga (12-18-2).
